Battle for Poland: Coup Allegations against PM Tusk and the Scandal of the “Warta” Plan
Shocking coup accusations against Tusk, media silence, and a defense plan to surrender half of Poland to Russia. When will the world wake up to what’s unfolding on NATO’s front line?
Yesterday, late in the afternoon in Warsaw, an event of great importance took place, which was not reported by practically any Western media—neither liberal-left nor conservative. The President of the Constitutional Tribunal—the most important constitutional body in Poland—filed a report with the prosecutor's office on suspicion of committing a coup d'état, in which he indicated, among others, Prime Minister Donald Tusk, ministers of the Republic of Poland, the Marshals of the Sejm and Senate, the President of the Government Legislation Centre, and many others as participants in an organized criminal group. According to his statement, this shocking report was accepted, and an investigation began. How is it possible that a case of such incredible importance—occurring in the largest country in Central Europe, one of the oldest democracies in the world—did not spark any interest in the world media? We understand that left-wing media might sweep such a case under the rug, but do conservatives in Anglo-Saxon countries really not see the significance of this issue? For us, this is incredibly shocking and disturbing—it seems Tusk and his team would have to start putting Polish conservatives in gulags or shooting them for the matter to finally attract attention...
Our “Departure” from Telewizja Polska
Our readers and fans of our program "Rock Rachon" may recall what the situation was like with our “departure” from Telewizja Polska, where we initially produced the show (that aired on TVP World). The henchmen appointed by Donald Tusk took over this institution by force, illegally, and immediately began the work of destroying everything in the TVP archive that documented, for example, Tusk’s role in tightening relations with Russia under the notorious war criminal Vladolf Putler. This is exactly what happened to our documentary series “Reset,” which had already been thoroughly slandered by the liberal-leftist media. The facts recorded in tens of thousands of documents do not matter; only the narrative does.
Systematic Takeover of State Institutions
The method of taking over state media—completely disregarding democratic procedures and statutory terms of office—was then applied to practically every aspect of the government apparatus. We have seen groundless arrests of politicians, activists, and even priests; scandalous restrictions on the freedom of action and economic activity of the media (targeting conservative outlets or those not submitting to the will of Tusk’s “smiling” coalition); and harassment of even exceptionally meritorious ministers from the conservative government, such as Mariusz Błaszczak—the man responsible for rebuilding the Polish army, so frequently discussed in the West. All this is ultimately compounded by the violation of constitutional obligations by the Government and the Sejm, as well as the obstruction of constitutional state bodies such as the Constitutional Tribunal, the National Council of the Judiciary, and the Supreme Court. After several months of attempting dialogue with Tusk, the President of the Constitutional Tribunal, Bogdan Święczkowski (once considered the best prosecutor in Poland), who has been serving since December 9, 2024, finally resorted to the nuclear option. Below is a fragment of his speech from yesterday.
Excerpt from President Święczkowski’s Speech (Original in Polish)
"W chwili, kiedy zostałem Prezesem Trybunału Konstytucyjnego oświadczyłem, że podejmę próbę nawiązania kontaktu i dialogu z przedstawicielami władzy ustawodawczej i wykonawczej, którzy w moim najgłębszym przekonaniu działają bezprawnie, zmieniając system Rzeczypospolitej. Wysłałem listy i prosiłem o kontakt i dialog. Niestety tak się nie stało. Kryzys konstytucyjny w Polsce się pogłębia i nie ma żadnej woli po stronie władzy ustawodawczej i wykonawczej, aby zakończyć te bezprawne działania. Długo zastanawiałem się nad tym, co należy uczynić. Uznałem jednak, że istnieje obowiązek prawny, który muszę zrealizować. Dlatego 31 stycznia podpisałem 60-stronnicowe zawiadomienie o uzasadnionym podejrzenia przestępstwa przez Prezesa Rady Ministrów, Ministrów, Marszałka Sejmu, Marszałka Senatu, posłów i senatorów koalicji rządzącej, Prezesa Rządowego Centrum Legislacji, niektórych sędziów i prokuratorów i inne osoby.
Translation into English
“At the moment I became President of the Constitutional Tribunal, I declared that I would attempt to establish contact and dialogue with representatives of the legislative and executive authorities who, in my deepest conviction, are acting unlawfully by changing the system of the Republic. I sent letters and asked for contact and dialogue. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The constitutional crisis in Poland is deepening, and there is no will on the part of the legislative and executive authorities to end these unlawful actions. I thought for a long time about what should be done. However, I concluded that there is a legal obligation which I must fulfill. Therefore, on January 31, I signed a 60-page notification of reasonable suspicion of a crime committed by the Prime Minister, Ministers, the Marshal of the Sejm, the Marshal of the Senate, deputies and senators of the ruling coalition, the President of the Government Legislation Centre, certain judges and prosecutors, and other individuals. This crime consists of the fact that from December 13, 2023, to this day, in Warsaw and other places in Poland, these individuals have been acting in an organized criminal group, within short intervals of time, in the execution of a preconceived plan, aiming to change the constitutional system of the Republic of Poland and to stop the activity of the Republic’s constitutional bodies, including the Constitutional Tribunal, the National Council of the Judiciary, and the Supreme Court. They have undertaken, in agreement with other persons, actions intended to realize these goals through violence and unlawful threats, by eliminating the possibility for the Constitutional Tribunal and other constitutional bodies, including the NCJ and the Supreme Court, to function.”

As we have already mentioned, the Deputy Prosecutor General, Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski, initiated an investigation (after a notification submitted by the President of the Constitutional Tribunal) into the suspected coup d’état committed by, among others, Prime Minister Donald Tusk, the Marshals of the Sejm and Senate, the head of the RCL, and some judges and prosecutors. Prosecutor Ostrowski revealed, just a few dozen minutes ago, that he has already questioned the President of the Constitutional Tribunal, the Chairwoman of the National Council of the Judiciary—Dagmara Pawełczyk-Woicka—and the First President of the Supreme Court, Małgorzata Manowska. Supporters of Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Minister Adam Bodnar (the Minister of Justice, and the second-most-charged person in this case) are ineptly trying to stir up trouble, but all indications are that Prosecutor Ostrowski will continue to perform further actions in accordance with his duty.

Press Conference Remarks
During a press conference held this afternoon, prosecutor Anna Adamiak—spokesperson for the Prosecutor General (a position held by Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar)—stated that, according to her findings, “on February 3, an employee of the Constitutional Tribunal personally arrived at the seat of the National Prosecutor’s Office and then deposited a sealed envelope in the office of Deputy Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski.”
"We can therefore say that at the moment the correspondence, the content of which is officially unknown to us, which was received from the Constitutional Tribunal, is the private correspondence of Prosecutor Ostrowski," the PG spokeswoman explained.
Prosecutor Ostrowski’s Response
In response to this statement, Prosecutor Ostrowski told TV Republika that prosecutor Adamiak is trying “desperately to save the situation with entry numbers in some or other repertories.”
“The notification was registered, formally received by the National Prosecutor’s Office, and has a specific journal number. I am not concerned about it; I have initiated an investigation and am conducting activities. These issues are not my concern but rather the concern of people from the National Prosecutor’s Office who are obligated to assign a DS number—which is totally secondary when the case concerns the crime of a systemic coup d’état. Reducing this issue to numbers is frivolous, unprofessional, and desperate,” Ostrowski emphasized.
We will see how the investigation progresses and what further tricks Tusk’s supporters might attempt to block it. At the moment, they are treating this investigation with nonchalance. It is easy for them to do so—partly because the world’s public opinion seems completely uninterested in whether the key country on NATO’s eastern flank, a first barrier against Russian aggression, is totalitarian, corrupt, or democratic...
Allegations Against Former Defense Minister
Another intriguing aspect of this NATO security puzzle is the information that came to light about ongoing efforts to persecute former Minister of Defense Mariusz Błaszczak. The Prosecutor General and Minister of Justice, Adam Bodnar, has submitted a motion to the Sejm to lift the immunity of PiS MP and former Defense Minister Mariusz Błaszczak. Why? Bodnar wants to charge him with unlawfully declassifying documents that revealed dramatic, near-treasonous plans for Poland’s defense—plans developed under Tusk’s earlier government (2007–2014).

Błaszczak decided to declassify this “strategic plan,” officially known as Warta, which showed that half of the country would have been abandoned in the event of a Russian invasion, effectively handing it over to the criminal regime of Vladolf Putler (remember Bucha?). Crucially, these are precisely the regions where conservative parties have consistently held strong support. The minister has a constitutional right to declassify such documents, thanks to legislation on the protection of classified information—enacted 26 years ago—that was crucial for Poland’s accession to NATO. Yet now, a scandal reminiscent of the “Pegasus” affair is unfolding, with Błaszczak at risk of being stripped of his parliamentary immunity and then prosecuted.
Disturbing Details of the “Warta” Plan
It is important to understand that we are not discussing a mere hypothetical. In the Polish Armed Forces, a plan is implemented rather than treated as a mere academic exercise - so there would be no question on what would be executed when we’d hear the clatter of soldiers' boots. The “Warta” document would never have come into force without the Minister of Defense’s signature, making the minister—and any successor—its legal custodian responsible for classification decisions. Additionally the Military Historical Office stores only archival materials, i.e. those that have lost their relevance (and often their usefulness in the Polish Armed Forces) and do not constitute a current normative standard in the management of the Polish Armed Forces and falls under the same minister’s supervision. Those who defend Błaszczak’s decision (and rightly so) sometimes cling to the naive belief that perhaps sacrificing eastern Poland would leave the western half unscathed, with people enjoying leisurely walks, soy lattes etc... In reality, giving up “Poland B” would throw the entire state into chaos by forfeiting power plants, mines, gas pipelines, bridges, military bases, hospitals, and strategic infrastructure. Perhaps most alarming, the plan makes no provision for Poland’s capital city, leaving Warsaw’s fate terrifyingly unclear.
This action against Błaszczak is nothing more than a political vendetta for revealing the next anti-Polish (and in our opinion tragic for NATO as well) plans of Tusk and his gang. We have been repeating for a long time that Tusk's policy, completely subordinate to German interests, is in many ways very beneficial for Russia and its criminal neo-imperialism. That is why what the president of the Constitutional Tribunal has initiated and the urgent attention of world public opinion on this matter is so important.
What a disaster that could be! Not only would the people of Poland be enslaved by Putler, but Ukraine would go under. Thank you for bringing this to light@
This is exactly what the EU wants! Tusk is a wonderful promoter for communistic trends in Poland and a wonderful promoter for Germany and the EU and an absolute traitor to Poland!! Yet this criminal is still in power -illegally as well- and is a menace to all freedom loving and seeking countries in easter Europe!! It's time that this fiasco regime ends!!!
