Donald Tusk wants to continue his political war at all costs - even at the cost of destroying the institutions of the Polish state.

In yesterday's post, we informed you about the arrest of Prof. Piotr Pogonowski, Member of the Management Board of the National Bank of Poland and former head of Poland's most important intelligence agency—the Internal Security Agency (Polish: Agencja Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego, ABW). The detention was aimed at bringing the member of the management board of the Polish central bank before the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry into "Pegasus." The bank issued an official statement on this matter, which clearly indicates the direction in which the Polish state is heading under the rule of the liberal-left coalition led by Donald Tusk. We also have a comment on this matter from a former officer of the Polish intelligence services.

Prof. Piotr Pogonowski, accompanied by the Police, was brought before the Sejm committee, which, according to the Constitutional Tribunal's ruling, is proceeding illegally. (Picture source: Piotr Tracz - Chancellery of the Sejm)
