The list of terrorists alleged to have been supported by the KGB is staggering, including notorious figures like "Carlos the Jackal," Yassir Arafat, and Saddam Hussein.

He claimed, based on his own experience from the KGB, that outside of Russian secret services, no such thing as intentional Islamic terrorism organizations even exists. He basically claimed that the KGB and its successor, the FSB, is the epicenter of world Islamic terror.
