A week before the Polish general election, at the headquarters of the National Bank of Poland, Jacek Saryusz Wolski MEP, who is one of the most experienced members of the European Parliament in general, gave a twenty-minute lecture in which he comprehensively presented the program of building a German empire disguised as a new incarnation of the European Union, which is officially underway and in principle already in the process of being implemented.
This plan is being implemented in the form of a new European Union treaty, which two weeks ago took the form of an official document:
Jacek Saryusz Wolski, MEP:
“This is already a formal document, it can be found on the EP website. So it's no longer the voices of experts, it's not ideas, because the debate on this subject is great, there are kilometers of bookshelves in libraries on the subject of regime change, successive treaties, etc. This time, on the other hand, it is a formal report that triggers Article 48, the procedure for amending the treaties.”
To change the treaty one has to follow the European Union Treaty which is actually in power right now. The procedure is described in detail in the second paragraph of Article 48, which indicates that the EU itself can request that it extend its own powers:
Art. 48 EU Treaty:
The Government of any Member State, the European Parliament or the Commission may submit to the Council proposals for the amendment of the Treaties. These proposals may, inter alia, serve either to increase or to reduce the competences conferred on the Union in the Treaties. These proposals shall be submitted to the European Council by the Council and the national Parliaments shall be notified.)
The changes that are now being advocated, and which will be voted on any moment now by the ruling coalition in the European Parliament, are subordinated to the German coalition expanding from the Christian Democratic Party to the Socialists, as this is a common policy of all mainstream German political parties. Their representatives who are holding power in European institutions are to move away from the concept of Robert Schuman’s Europe - a union of Independent States pursuing together part of their own interests, to a union advocated by the Italian communist Altiero Spinelli, Who is the patron of the communist vision of the new union which is shared by the members of the so-called Spinelli group. The ideological basis of the new superstate is the communist Ventotene Manifesto:
Jacek Saryusz Wolski, MEP:
There is a connection between the Ventotene manifesto and the European Parliament report. First of all, all five of the reporters, co-reporters, except me, are members of such an informal Spinelli group in the EP, adhering to this doctrine. This was the intention of the report, I heard it with my own ears. In the preamble to the resolution that leads this report, there is a reference to the Ventotene Manifesto in one of the initial positions, actually in the first place, only then is there a reference to the Schumann Declaration.
The manifesto itself, in exalted purely communist language, spoke in the following way of the ultimate plan of this total-Europe ideologue. Its goal was to destroy the nation-states on the continent:
Ventontene Manifesto:
The dividing line between progressive and reactionary parties no longer follows the formal line of greater or lesser democracy, or of more or less socialism to be instituted; rather the division falls along the line, very new and substantial, that separates the party members into two groups. The first is made up of those who conceive the essential purpose and goal of struggle as the ancient one, that is, the conquest of national political power – and who, although involuntarily, play into the hands of reactionary forces, letting the incandescent lava of popular passions set in the old moulds, and thus allowing old absurdities to arise once again. The second are those who see the creation of a solid international State as the main purpose; they will direct popular forces toward this goal, and, having won national power, will use it first and foremost as an instrument for achieving international unity."
And if anyone doubts that it is Altiero Spinelli and his Ventotene manifesto ate the basis for the plans that are entering the implementation phase today. they can look at these pictures where a few years ago Angela Merkel met with her European partners to pay tribute to Altiero Spinelli precisely on the island of Ventotene:
The ideological document created many years ago was a concept that could not be implemented in Europe as long as there were states whose citizens expressed unequivocal opposition to the abolition of nation-states. At the moment, there is only one state in the European Union whose citizens, with their votes and the choices made, maintain this opposition. These are Hungary Poland ceding power to a coalition of groups that are part of the Ventotene political family, will stop blocking these changes in a while. The report that is the basis for the treaty changes has the following features:
Jacek Saryusz Wolski MEP:
Replacing the system of unanimous voting, which guarantees the retention of the veto by member states, the last stronghold and refuge of member state sovereignty, with qualified majority voting. The second area is the proposed change in 65 voting areas where there would be a shift away from unanimity. In principle, everywhere except for the admission of new members, the elimination of universal and general, across the treaties, veto power.
For example, because it is impossible to list these 65 cases, in such areas of existential importance to state sovereignty as defining and implementing a common foreign and security policy, establishing new rights for citizens, adopting sanctions.
Well, this new double majority - here, too, there is a proposal for change, so that it is not 50% of the states and 65% of the population, but that it is 50/50, i.e. easier to push through changes and more difficult to block changes, would apply to decisions concerning, among other things, taxation, the multi-year budgetary framework, i.e. the 7-year budget, police operational cooperation, family law with cross-border implications.
The report envisages changes of a purely political and ideological nature, which should never be included in a text of a constitutional nature, it proposes replacing the term "equality between men and women" everywhere - and that is dozens of instances in the treaties - with gender.
The report proposes the introduction of the Euro as a mandatory currency for all member states.
The Report also assumes that:
Jacek Saryusz Wolski MEP:
There are also proposals for dangerous institutional changes in the report. As part of institutional reform, the report calls for far-reaching changes to Article 17 of the TEU regarding the functioning of the European Commission. The proposed changes include changing the name of the Commission to - beware - the Executive, which is to be composed no longer of commissioners but of secretaries.
Secretaries, ruling Poland on behalf of other communist-run entities and states we know very well from our own history. Planned changes will lead to ensuring the abolition of the principle of the Veto within the European Union and replace the possibility of blocking decisions by a state that does not agree to a certain policy.
Jacek Saryusz Wolski, MEP:
The report proposes that this Conference make decisions by a majority of ⅘ votes, that is, it will be possible not unanimously but by a majority of ⅘ to change treaties, against the will of states to establish a treaty that will bind them and impose obligations on them
What does this mean in practice? Jacek Sarjusz Wolski in his lecture formulates it as follows:
Jacek Saryusz Wolski, MEP:
If these proposals were to pass, it would mean consenting to a formal and actual change of Poland's political system, a treaty-based and irreversible incapacitation of Poland, reducing our country to the role of a German state, in an EU oligarchic super-state, subject to German control and collaborating with Russia in the name of the geopolitical concept of Europe from Lisbon to Vladivostok
What a flipping nightmare! How does this draconian piece of bullshit even have a chance? I’m gobsmacked and more than horrified. But what do I know? I’m just an 80 year old hippie in Hawaii.
