Poland’s Border Crisis: Migrant Smuggling and Media Suppression
Presidential candidate Rafał Trzaskowski linked to migrant-smuggling scandal via preferential city leases—an alarming investigation.
On Sunday, May 18, the first round of presidential elections was held in Poland. The race was extremely tight—despite opinion polls predicting a a solid advantage for the liberal-left candidate Rafał Trzaskowski (Civic Coalition - KO). According to the National Electoral Commission, the KO candidate received 31.36 percent of the votes, while the citizens’ candidate (supported by the Law and Order - PiS) Karol Nawrocki, received 29.54 percent. Third place went to the right-wing Confederation candidate Sławomir Mentzen, who secured 14.81 percent of the votes. Trzaskowski and Nawrocki will face off in the second round, representing a classic confrontation between left-wing and conservative politics. The strong showing of conservative/right-wing candidates—despite an extensive and costly campaign including evident and illegal interference by organizations linked to George Soros and Barack Obama—has deeply concerned the ruling camp led by Donald Tusk. Despite significant media, financial advantages, and unfair campaign tactics, their candidate struggles to secure a clear victory, causing concern even among German media outlets sympathetic to Trzaskowski. This anxiety has intensified the “media regime”, preventing negative information about the ruling camp's candidate from reaching the mainstream. We've previously informed our readers about Donald Tusk monopolizing the media sphere—illegally taking control of the state broadcaster TVP or attempting to revoke broadcasting rights from our colleagues at conservative station TV Republika. There are numerous examples, but today I want to highlight another issue. Tusk and his team have begun censoring state service information—including crucial data on illegal migrants resuming their assault on our eastern border under his administration. Our colleagues from Niezależna.pl revealed that the Border Guard has concealed information about the number of illegal migrants who entered Poland. It is also difficult to find mainstream information that Rafał Trzaskowski, as mayor of Warsaw, rents out premises on preferential terms to organizations involved in criminal migrant smuggling. Illegal migration—just as during the U.S. elections—is a key topic, one of the most important for Polish voters.
According to Niezależna.pl, nearly 80 illegal migrants crossed into Poland from Belarus on election Sunday (18.05.25) alone, with over 50 more entering the next day. Alarmingly, the Border Guard (Straż Graniczna) omitted these incidents from official public statements. This number may seem small, but these are only the known numbers of illegals who crossed the border protected by a high-quality barrier (border wall) built by the previous conservative government while Donald Tusk and his people were going crazy to stop them. Even more disturbing is the revelation that on May 20, a violent confrontation occurred at the border involving aggressive migrants, reportedly from Afghanistan and Pakistan. Polish Border Guard officers had to deploy tear gas, and numerous warning shots were fired. One Polish soldier was injured after being struck by a stone thrown by migrants, who now use powerful gas-powered cutting equipment to breach border fences (wonder how they get this equipment?). These critical events were completely omitted from official Border Guard communications.
When confronted by Niezależna.pl, Major Katarzyna Zdanowicz, spokesperson for the Podlaski Border Guard, was evasive about the discrepancies in reported data, attributing missing statistics vaguely to internal protocols. Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski further muddied the waters, downplaying the seriousness of the border incursions by claiming 98 percent of attempts were thwarted, contradicting independent investigative findings.
An equally troubling development involves Warsaw’s municipal premises under Rafał Trzaskowski’s administration. Investigations by Niezależna.pl revealed that premises at Wolska Street 46/48, leased at preferential rates from the city, served as a base for a criminal migrant-smuggling operation. The premises, leased by Fundacja Wolnych Obywateli RP (Foundation of Free Citizens of the Republic of Poland), overseen by Paweł Kasprzak, was explicitly mentioned in a "manual" for smuggling migrants seized by authorities. This key document states explicitly:
"The pick-up point is a private home, a so-called "good home" - the address and phone number are provided by the coordinator. In emergency situations, we take the passenger to the Free Citizens of Poland headquarters at ul. Wolska 46/48 in Warsaw, "storage room" - phone number to the coordinator. [...] After reading this instruction, delete it from your mailbox, computer, smartphone, eat it or burn it. Do not send it, do not show it to third parties."
The criminal activities spanned 2021-2022, overlapping significantly with the preferential rental periods. Paweł W., former board member of the foundation, has been formally charged with facilitating illegal border crossings. Polish authorities intercepted conversations wherein W. openly discussed arrangements for migrants, stating, "For today, yes. I also have an emergency office with a bathroom where several people can stay overnight."
Paweł Kasprzak, when confronted by Niezależna.pl, initially claimed skepticism regarding the authenticity of the seized manual but admitted seeing it, stating, “I saw somewhere, possibly on your portal, a photo of some manual informing people they can bring migrants to our Wolska office. Frankly, I doubt its authenticity…but I don't see why someone would fabricate it. I can say only Ukrainians stayed there, according to my knowledge. I don't recall ever issuing instructions like that.” He further added ambiguously, "Perhaps we created such a document ourselves, who knows. I genuinely don't remember."

Kasprzak confirmed the premises were rented at preferential NGO rates from Trzaskowski’s city administration, stating explicitly: “We rented it on preferential terms, just like all NGO entities.”
This alarming use of municipal property raises serious questions about administrative oversight and potential complicity or gross negligence within Trzaskowski’s city administration, facilitating or ignoring illegal migrant-smuggling operations. We repeat, this is just one of such premises, and it is known that Rafał Trzaskowski rents premises on preferential terms to hundreds of left-liberal organizations, a large part of which participated, among others, in protests against the construction of a barrier on the border with Belarus. How many more such "safe houses" could there be in Trzaskowski's city?
In conclusion, these revelations underscore the severe difficulties faced by Poland’s independent conservative media, systematically suppressed by entities funded by globalist figures such as George Soros and Democrat-linked organizations like Higher Ground Labs. Poland’s mainstream media, predominantly German-owned, perpetuate narratives familiar to American audiences from CNN, MSNBC, and ABC News, deliberately suppressing inconvenient truths. This media imbalance highlights the crucial importance of preventing the liberal-left candidate favored by Soros and Obama's associates from winning. Such an outcome would consolidate Poland as a strategic base for globalist interests, severely curtailing political freedoms and independent journalism for years to come. It would almost certainly also mean a complete opening of the Polish border to illegal migrants and their mass influx into Europe via this route.
the gaps between the top two "candidates" is artificially created, like inflation and PrimeRates et al, for hosts of reasons. If the situation like we see now in Poland, the election and voting are, or soon, will be rigged. The only medicin for this crap is Piusudzki's Ride on the Belweder.
