While the prisoner exchange that Donald Trump is so happy about is taking place, Russian forces are carrying out terrorist attacks on, among others, the Ukrainian capital of Kiev, killing at least 13 people in bombings and air raids across the whole country. What's more, as Putler's favorite liar Sergei Lavrov announced on Friday, Russia will be ready to “hand Ukraine a draft document outlining conditions for a long-term peace accord” once a prisoner exchange now under way is completed. As we all know to well, the Russians are never they are never focused on one scam, always conducting a multi-vector campaign and their goals are bigger than just Ukraine. In the past weeks, they have intensified aggressive hybrid and destabilization activities in the Baltic Sea and especially in the Gulf of Finland. "Shadow fleet" activities, violations of airspace and aggressive behavior of Russian aviation over the Baltic waters are just a few of the activities of the last week. As we learn from the New York Times, the Russians are expanding military infrastructure on the border with Finland.
