Weaponizing Justice: The Shocking Death of Barbara Skrzypek
A brutal interrogation. A broken heart. The shocking death of Barbara Skrzypek exposes how Poland’s Tusk regime is weaponizing justice to crush political opponents.
Three days ago, on March 15, 2025, Polish public opinion was shocked by the news of the sudden death of Barbara Skrzypek, a former Polish official and long-time collaborator of opposition leader and PiS chairman Jarosław Kaczyński. For 30 years, Ms. Skrzypek was one of the closest collaborators of the PiS chairman and one of the most trusted individuals within Poland's largest conservative party, holding key roles including head of the chancellery and director of the party's presidential office. In 2020, she retired, ostensibly due to health concerns, though just two years earlier she had been recognized as one of Poland's most influential figures.
Disturbingly, her sudden passing appears closely linked to a brutal interrogation conducted only three days prior by prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek. This interrogation was part of a politically charged investigation regarding the so-called "Two Towers" case, a probe widely considered politically motivated and previously dismissed years ago. Yet, under Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Justice Minister Adam Bodnar, the once-neutral District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw reopened this inquiry, driven by overt political animosity.

The prosecutor chosen for this politically sensitive case, Ewa Wrzosek, is known for her fiercely partisan and public hostility towards conservative circles, particularly towards Jarosław Kaczyński. Her involvement alone speaks volumes about the intent behind the proceedings. What makes this tragedy even more egregious is that Ms. Skrzypek’s lawyer was explicitly barred from attending the interrogation, despite multiple requests. Instead, she was subjected to an intense almost five-hour interrogation alone, facing not only the prosecutor but also two additional attorneys, both equally notorious for their public vitriol against Kaczyński and the conservative establishment. Shockingly, there was no court clerk present; prosecutor Wrzosek herself took the minutes, raising troubling questions about the transparency and fairness of the proceeding.

Eyewitness testimonies from friends and acquaintances reveal a horrifying truth about Ms. Skrzypek’s final days. One close confidante vividly described how the interrogation completely devastated her, physically and mentally. "She was unable to breathe, fearing she might collapse," the witness recounted. In the days leading up to the interrogation, Ms. Skrzypek was consumed by anxiety, unable to sleep or eat properly. "Is this my reward after decades of dedicated service?" she had bitterly remarked.
This intimidation clearly achieved its cruel aim. Another friend reported that Ms. Skrzypek was "living in perpetual fear," terrified not of guilt—for she maintained she had no knowledge or involvement—but of her inquisitor, prosecutor Wrzosek. After the ordeal, she was so weakened and traumatized she reportedly slept fully clothed, utterly exhausted.
Tragically, three days after this torment, Barbara Skrzypek passed away from a massive heart attack. The prosecutor's office, in a brazen display of disregard for the family's wishes, removed her body from the funeral home without consent, conducting a post-mortem that revealed her death was caused by acute heart failure triggered by the recent severe emotional and physical stress. This was a heart broken by ruthless political persecution.

Jarosław Kaczyński directly condemned this tragedy, openly declaring that Barbara Skrzypek was a victim of political vengeance. "She fell victim to scoundrels who caused her death," Kaczyński declared passionately, promising that attempts at intimidation would never silence opposition voices.
Ms. Skrzypek deserved a peaceful retirement, a reward for years of unwavering dedication and kindness. Instead, she faced ruthless, politically orchestrated persecution that ultimately cost her life. The responsibility for this tragedy rests squarely upon the Tusk government, whose weaponization of the judicial system for political ends has reached terrifying new heights.
This dark moment exposes a deep rot within Poland’s judicial system under Tusk’s administration. It sends an unmistakable message: opposition will be crushed, not through fair legal scrutiny but through raw, abusive force and psychological intimidation.
Barbara Skrzypek’s death must become a clarion call to all who value democracy and human dignity. Such politically motivated cruelty cannot go unanswered. The world must take notice of this grave injustice, demand accountability, and ensure that such tyranny is never allowed to take another life.
How tragic and unnecessary! Just another example of the communistic methods used by Tusk and his idiotic government, when you could call it a government!! Poland will NEVER be free again until this dictator and his pseudo government are literally arrested and put in jail!! Difficult it will be due to the EU and its loyalty to criminal Tusk!! The only one to help here is the TRUE Polish people, respecting liberty and truth! They need to go to the streets and demonstrate against these communists! Not just 100s of thousands but millions!!! The alternative is a set communistic government ruled by Tusk and above all Ursula von der Leyen!!!
I hope that you with the help of other influential people in the Polish government can stop what tusk is possibly planning, a sweeping communist takeover of the Polish gov't given the new so called candidate who is a pro russian putin puppet that is supposedly going to run in the upcoming election. Most likely aiming for President Duda. GOD BLESS AND DELIVER POLAND FROM COMMUNIST TYRANNY! WAKE UP POLS AND FOLLOW ROMANIA'S EXAMPLE NOW! GOD BLESS YOU MICHAL AND THE POLISH PEOPLE!
